Get your time back.

We build the systems that answer the call, follow up on the estimate, and ask for the review — so the work stops waiting on you.

Missed calls, estimates nobody chased, reviews nobody asked for

None of it is anyone's fault. It is what happens when the work runs through one person and that person is already busy.

  • A call comes in mid-job. It goes to voicemail. By the time anyone plays it back, they have already called the next name on the list.
  • The estimate went out Tuesday. It is Friday. Nobody has followed up, and nobody is quite sure whose job that was.
  • The customer was thrilled with the work. Someone meant to ask for a review. That was three weeks ago.
  • Confirmations go out when somebody remembers to send them, and the no-shows are the ones nobody got to.
  • The paperwork waits until after dinner, because that is the only hour quiet enough to get through it.

Built for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and roofing contractors

We are not a contractor. We build the systems behind the shops that are. The bottleneck is the same everywhere — what jams up around it is not.

HVAC

The first hot week of the year does a month of call volume in four days — exactly when nobody can get to the phone.

Plumbing

On an emergency call the second callback loses. Whoever answers first books the job, and it is rarely about price.

Electrical

Bids go out and die in silence, and permit follow-up belongs to whoever happens to remember it that week.

What is a missed call actually worth?

Two numbers you already know. Move them and see what it costs to keep missing calls.

6 calls/week
$450/job

Work that went to voicemail this year

$140,400

That is the full value of the calls nobody got to — not what we claim to win back.

Recoverable, per year
$70,200
Recoverable, per month
$5,850

The recoverable figures assume you win back half of the calls you currently miss. That is an assumption we picked to be conservative, not a result we are promising you.

An estimate built from the two numbers you entered. It is not a quote, not a projection of your business, and not a guarantee of any result. What you would actually recover depends on your phones, your crew, and how fast anyone follows up.

Missed calls are one gap of four. Run the fuller calculator to add appointments, paperwork and reviews.

This isn't for everyone

We would rather say so here than three weeks into a project.

Worth a conversation

  • You run a trades shop with real call volume and real jobs on the board.
  • Something in your shop sits between a lead arriving and someone acting on it.
  • You already know roughly what a job is worth to you.
  • You want the systems handled, not handed to you.

Probably not a fit

  • You are shopping for the lowest bid. We are not it, and we will not pretend otherwise.
  • You want software handed over with a login and a manual. We build it and we run it.
  • You want every process left exactly as it is. Some of them are going to change.
  • Nothing is actually breaking. If the calls get answered and the estimates get chased, keep your money.

Questions we get asked first

What actually happens on the free operations audit?
We walk through how a lead moves through your shop right now — where it comes in, who touches it, and where it stalls. You get a written picture of that back, including the parts we would not change. There is no obligation to work with us afterward.
Do I have to replace the software I already use?
Usually not. Most shops already have a scheduling tool, an invoicing tool, and a phone system. We connect what you have before we suggest replacing any of it. If something genuinely cannot do the job, we will say so and explain why.
How long before this is running?
It depends on how many systems we are connecting and how clean the data in them is. We scope that on the call once we have seen the actual setup, rather than quoting you a timeline before we know what we are working with.
What does it cost?
It depends on scope, so we talk about it on the call rather than posting a number that would be wrong for most shops. The audit itself is free and carries no obligation.
Will my customers be able to tell it is automated?
They will notice that someone got back to them quickly. The messages go out in your voice, under your business name, from your number. Anything that needs a real human answer routes to a real human.
